Kenneth Howard Rowe, age 75, of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Kenneth was born June 22, 1946. Loving partner of Carolyn Stewart. Beloved father of Jason Rowe and Jennifer Rowe. Cherished Grandpa (“Opa”) of Emilia Rowe, Lillian Rowe, Silas Rowe (Jason), and Gage Decker (Jennifer). Loving brother of George (Cindi) Rotolo. Loving uncle of Ann Rotolo and Michael Rotolo. Kenneth is predeceased by his mother Dorothy Foy.

Kenneth was part of many organizations such as the Blue Knights Motorcycles, Emerald Society, and Rochester Police Locust Club. He served many years at the Rochester, NY Police department.

A memorial lunch for Kenneth will be held Sunday, November 28, 2021 from 1 PM to 3:30 PM at Capish! Pizza-ristorante, 49 Main St, Le Roy, NY, followed by interment at Mumford Rural Cemetery.
